Refund & Returns Policy

At Paintables (PTY) LTD, all 3D prints are produced on demand and tailored to your specifications. Because of the custom nature of our products, returns are limited to cases of defect or damage.

• Defective or Damaged Items If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos. We will reprint or replace the item at no additional cost should it be a manufacturing defect.
• Order Cancellations Once payment or approval for the design and print has been received, cancellations are subject to a 35% cancellation fee, provided production has not yet started. If production has begun, cancellations are not possible.
• Non‑Returnable Items Custom designs, prototypes, and personalized prints cannot be returned unless defective.
• Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
